Rick Velasquez is Executive Director of Youth Outreach Service, Inc., which serves at-risk youth on the northwest side of Chicago, Franklin Park, Berwyn and Proviso Townships. He is a member of the boards of the Illinois Child Care Association and the Illinois Collaboration on youth. He established a pilot project of multi-systemic therapy for Hispanic youth and their families in collaboration with Holy Cross-IHM parish in the Back of the Yards area of Chicago.
Mr. Velasquez holds a B.A. in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University and an M.S.W. from University of Illinois.
