Cheryl Heyden is the longest-serving staff member at Maryville and is the most senior executive next to Sr. Catherine Ryan. In her 30 years at Maryville she has served as Director of Human Resources for all of Maryville’s facilities and 600+ employees; as Director of Campus Programs for both Residential and Diagnostic Services; as a Field Instructor for interns who have come to study at Maryville; and as a supervisor, caseworker, and houseparent of Maryville children.
Ms. Heyden holds a BA in Psychology from Elmhurst College and a Masters in Social Work from University of Illinois’ Jane Addams College of Social Work.
