Maryville's Eisenberg Campus provides residential care for teens and young adults with developmental disability and mental illness. Most children who are developmentally disabled recognize that they are behind their peers, and as a result, they can become frustrated, withdrawn and anxious. They can also act aggressively when they do not have the communication skills to relay what they need. While in the program, young men and young women receive specialized treatment in a structured environment that allows them to grow as autonomous individuals.
