Vacation / Sick Leave
After 6 months, employees receive 1 week paid vacation.
After 1 year, employees receive 1 week paid vacation.
After 2 years, employees receive 2 weeks paid vacation.

After 5 years, employees receive 4 weeks paid vacation.
Maryville employees accrue a maximum of 48 hours of sick time per calendar year. If the sick time is not utilized during the year, employees have the option of "buying back" and "banking" their time.
