Maryville offers medical insurance through Care First/Catholic Charities USA (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) to eligible employees (and their dependents) who have completed 60 days of continuous active employment. Employees may choose to enroll in one of four plan options: EPO, High PPO, Low PPO and High Deductible HSA Eligible PPO. Employees are responsible for covering a share of the premium payments on a twice monthly basis.
Maryville offers dental insurance through Delta Dental to eligible employees (and their dependents) who have completed one year of continuous active employment. Employees may choose to enroll in one of two plan options: Delta Dental HMO or Delta Dental PPO. Employees are responsible for covering a share of the premium payment on a twice monthly basis for the PPO. The HMO Dental plan is provided free of charge to the employee.
Maryville offers vision insurance through VSP to eligible employees (and their dependents) who have completed 60 days of continuous active employment. Employees are responsible for covering the premium payment on a twice monthly basis.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees who are participants in the medical insurance program are eligible to enroll in flexible spending accounts (FSA) at no cost to the employee. Health Care Reimbursement and Dependent Care FSAs are administered through Better Business Planning Inc. (BBP). Employee’s contributions used to cover health care and dependent care costs are deposited in the FSA on a pre-tax basis.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Maryville offers Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to eligible employees who have completed one year of continuous active employment. Maryville pays 50% of the premium costs for either or both of these insurance policies.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Maryville provides Long Term Disability Insurance to all eligible employees after five years of service at no cost to the employee. In addition, eligible employees who have completed one year of continuous active employment may voluntarily sign up for this insurance and pay the full amount of the premiums until they reach their fifth year of service.
403(b) Retirement Plan
Maryville offers a 403(b) tax deferred retirement savings plan through Nationwide to eligible employees. Maryville will make fixed employer contributions on an annual basis and will make limited matching contributions quarterly, based on employee contributions to the plan. Employees vest in employer contributions and matching after three years of service.
Maryville offers full time employees 40 hours of vacation after 6 months; 40 hours after one year; 80 hours after two years; 120 hours after 3 years and 160 hours after five years.
Maryville recognizes nine paid holidays per year. Part-time employees may receive holiday pay if eligible.
Sick leave is earned at the rate of four hours per month for eligible full-time employees.
Maryville partners with several banks which offer checking and savings account to employees. Additional banking services are available through Archer Heights Credit Union.
Employee Assistance Program
Maryville offers an Employee Assistance Program to all employees and, in some instances, family members of employees who are in need of confidential professional guidance or counselling. For those employees who are part of the group health insurance plan, employee assistance services are also available through HealthAdvocate.
Tuition Reimbursement and Professional Development
Maryville offers limited tuition and professional development reimbursement to eligible employees on the first day of the month following 12 months of employment.
