Family Behavioral Health Clinic Expands New Offices in Humboldt Park and Bartlett

December 5, 2017 — Maryville’s Family Behavioral Health Clinic (FBHC), which provides behavioral health services and therapeutic counseling to children, families and the elderly, has expanded to locations in Humboldt Park and Bartlett.

“We are glad we have the ability to reach more children and families who need us,” said Maryville Executive Director Sister Catherine M. Ryan, O.S.F.  “These clinics bring critical services closer to the families.”

Sister Ryan noted that the clinics are among a dwindling number taking Medicaid.

The clinics offer a range of mental health services including: individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy, psychodiagnostic evaluations, psychological assessments, academic testing, ADHD testing, and court-mandated anger management services.

The clinics also offer a range of substance use disorder services including: DUI risk education classes and counseling, substance abuse assessments, drug counseling, individual services, group services, individual client-centered treatment plans, recovery planning, and recovery support and maintenance. These services are available in English, Spanish and Polish.

The Bartlett clinic is located on Maryville’s Eisenberg Campus, 951 W. Bartlett Rd.  The Humbolt Park clinic is located at 1510 North Claremont Avenue in Chicago.
