Hosting a social gathering for 20 people? Or 300? Need a gym or baseball field for an upcoming event? Want to do an off-site training and need a classroom set-up? Want to help others while finding a great place for an event? Look no further…the Maryville Special Events and Sports Complex can help you host your gathering.
Located in Des Plaines, IL, off Central Road, just west of River Road, our special events facility can provide the space you need for a:
- Wedding reception
- Vow renewal
- Cotillion or Quinceañera
- Birthday or Anniversary party
- Baptismal luncheon/Presentation
- Business lunch or meeting
- Sporting events
Along with getting a great space for your event, all proceeds from the rental fees are used to support the children and families served by Maryville’s programs.
Banquet and Meeting/Classrooms
- Stevens Center (1st Floor)
- Banquet Hall – up to 200 seated guests
- Reception Room with bar – up to 80 seated guests
- Individual Meeting/Classrooms – 10 – 40 seated guests
- Full sized Gym (13,000 sq. ft.)
- Soccer Fields
Limited availability – Liability Insurance required
With your rental of the facilities in the Maryville Special Events and Sports Complex, your contract includes:
- Special Event insurance
- Tables, white table covering and chairs
- Serving needs
- Free parking
- Maryville Academy attendant(s) during the event
- External mobile security patrols
A $300 refundable security deposit is required when the rental contract is signed.
Although most of the families who use our complex prefer to make their own food and beverage arrangements, catering referrals are available upon request.
